Product DeliversSep 14, 2009
By Holly We have made several purchases of these. The first for our use, then as stocking stuffers last year. Two warnings:
1. Open the can before placing the cap on it, you will not be able open the can once the cap is in place. If you are one of those that just has to touch the wet paint when warned not to, have an ice pick or something that will fit into the cap to open the can.
2. Wash by hand. Two of us have had the cap misshapened from the dishwasher (even using the top rack).
Given these two warnings, it's the best product out there to keep your carbonated drinks carbonated after opening. I bought some of those that you see in the mass mailers that are flat and snap on with a spout snap and they don't stay on overnight in the fridge.
To remove them, take them to the sink and squeeze the can and they pop right off, quite forcefully I might add, thus the reason to do it over the sink.
Maybe a bit pricey but worth the money if you can't drink a whole can in one sitting and want to preserve the fizz for your next go around.

Spill proof soda canJun 05, 2009
By C. Thompson As everyone says, this soda cap keeps you from spilling it! To get it off, don't tug! Wait until you finish the drink, put the lid on then put one hand on the cap and one around the can. Squeeze the can rapidly and the top will pop right off!!!! It's easy.

They Work !!!Aug 18, 2009
By Suz I read some negative and semi-positive reviews before I purchased these, so I was naturally concerned that I would be disappointed. I'M NOT !!! ... I've been using them all summer and they've definitely paid for themselves in partial drinks that I didn't have to throw away. I used a permanent marker and put my kid's initials on the colors they picked so they would know at a glance which drink is their's. One of my kids constantly knocks drinks over, and these caps have "saved the day" all summer long. Don't put them in the dishwasher, and make sure you open the cans before you snap them on, and you'll get lots and lots of use out of them.

No More Flat Pop!!Sep 15, 2008

We don't always like to drink a whole can of pop at a time. If you put a Snap Capp on the can and then put it back into the fridge, your pop doesn't lose its FIZZ! These are great for kids who only drink a few swallows and then abandon the can. If it tips over in the fridge, it won't spill all over.
We are buying them for friends and family. They make great stocking stuffers or just cute gifts.
Just don't put it into the dishwasher. A drop of dish detergent and warm water does the trick.
GREST IDEA!

Spill proof, but does not keep soda freshDec 09, 2009

This cool product does great at turning a soda can into a bottle. However, I was unable to preserve the carbonation in this device. It may be the case that the extra air space in the lid is the culprit rather than a leak, but I am not sure. Also, if you forget to open the soda can first, there is much fun to be had trying to remove this or open the can. This is a novel product but does not function practically to preserve fizz.
I do not like to write poor reviews. But in case i took the chance on buying this only knowing it probably would not work well and it met my expectations. Hopefully this will save someone a few dollars.
On the positive side, I have found that the Beverage Can Resealer product works perfectly and I highly recommend it if you are interested in preserving soda.
