Great PrizeJul 06, 2011
By milkm23 These are great prizes for science fairs or any class related project. I gave them to the top three place finishers in the New York State Science Olympiad "Microbe Mission" event. Both the MS and HS division winners loved them equally with the HS kids possibly more so.

Wrong name?Dec 15, 2011
By srest5uf The name for MRSA is not Multiple-Resistant staphylococcus aureus, IT IS Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Cute plush toy though, I am excited to buy more for my science loving family!
A gift that was a hitJan 13, 2011

Well, my friend gasped, burst out laughing, and gave me a painfully strong hug, all within 3 seconds of figuring out what her present was. I have to believe that the cape added a certain something - Superbug MRSA indeed!
The plush-microbe concept was great, and the plush itself was adorable. Nice job, Giantmicrobes!
