 Pretty good dice with two problemsAug 27, 2009

These dice are quite nice. There are two problems though;
The edges of the box they come with are somewhat sharp and fragile. You may crack the edges while trying to close the box.
The picture displayed is NOT clear dice. It is displayed as smoky grey color at Amazon but it's completely translucent and clear. I bought it thinking it was greyish. The color of the text is white as well, making the numbers hard to read. But I have made use of it too: This set is the dungeon master's dice, so I can roll my dice without anybody reading it thanks to white numbers.

Dice work well, are durable, and do allow you to distinguish different players roles. However, the actual color of the dice and the white numbers make it hard to read the dice and can slow down a gaming session.

The dice are not the color shown. They are clear with white numbers which makes them a bit hard to read but at the end of the day they are dice. They roll, they generate a random number and for the price I'd buy them again.

This is a great set of dice that will give you any combination of shapes and number of sides you could possibly want. Great for classroom games or making up your own dice games.

this is a good buy these dice are no weighted and my friend and i have a blast with them. we (purposely) tied them to a fire cracker all that was left: a norm 6-sided die that had ash all over it no melting or depleting. when i tried to break them;
what didn't work:
mallet (concrete surface)
throwing them against tile floor
throwing at metal
vice grip
or fire crackers
what did work:
sledge hammer
this package contains :
1 20 sided die
2 percent dice
1 12 sided die
1 8 sided die
1 triangle (four sides)
1 6 sided die
id say make it a buy!!!
