I wanted some bags for my 80's and 90's comics. In the past I've gotten Mylar bags (other brands and sizes than the one being reviewed) that were too small and ended up not using them. I paired the BCW Silver 2 mil Mylar bags with the BCW Silver backer boards and so far every comic has fit great. The boards leave about 1/8" around the comic and bags easily slide over the two. The 2 mil thickness of the bags provides a decent amount of protection while still allowing the top flap to fold over.
My only word of warning is if you choose to get any BCW Golden Age Mylar bags from this vendor. I've ordered them twice and received non-Mylar bags instead. In both cases my money was refunded though.

There is a difference between BCW and the rest of the field. It is just a quality that cannot be matched and it is very evident that everyone else is playing catch up. There is no other way to describe it them than to say, simply the best.
