These dice are excellent quality. I ordered both black on white and white on black varieties. Both are well balanced, fifteen minutes of throwing resulted in sufficiently random results.
My only complaint is that they are a little smaller than I expected - about the same size as the one that came with my 2nd edition started kit many years ago. This isn't a problem in a well lit room, but the markings can cause issues with reading the number in low light due to the size.
